Alan Rogers Review of Camping de la Côte des Légendes
With direct access to a safe, sandy beach on the Baie de Brignogan and adjacent to a Centre Nautique (sailing, windsurfing, kayaking), this site could be ideal for a family seaside holiday in high season. It is very quiet in low season. There are 102 level touring pitches arranged in rows and protected by hedges, together with 31 privately owned mobile homes and 14 to rent. A small shop and bar are open all season. Activities are arranged for adults and children by the helpful owner, Manuelle; she and her husband, Pierre, both speak good English.
The site is a good base for discovering the history behind the fables of the Côte des Légendes. Visit the nearby preserved fishing village of Meneham, set amongst spectacular random granite outcrops and boulders, and learn of its history of coastal defence from the English. Less than 40 km. from Roscoff ferry port, Brignogan could be a good choice if you do not want to drive too far in France.
Facilities at Camping de la Côte des Légendes
Main toilet facilities (open only in July/Aug) are at the rear of the site in a large block that provides washbasins in cubicles, laundry room, baby baths and accessible facilities. A second small block near the beach is open all season. Motorhome services. Bar and small shop (July/Aug). Playground and playing field. WiFi (charged).

From Roscoff ferry terminal take D58 towards Morlaix. After 6 km. turn right on D10 towards Plouescat and then Plouguerneau. Turn right on D770 to Brignogan-Plages. At top of main street bear left following signs (NOT sat nav!) for site and Club Nautique.
