Alan Rogers Review of Camping le Faillal
Le Faillal is located at Montpézat de Quercy, around 35 km. north of Montauban. There are 50 pitches here, all of a good size and each has its own electricity (6A), water and light. The surrounding trees and hedges give shade and some privacy. The site forms a part of the Parc de Loisirs de Faillal and includes a swimming pool, tennis court and minigolf, all of which are free for campers. There is no bar, restaurant or snack provision. These amenities are available in the town, a short walk away.
Le Faillal provides some activities for children in high season and some entertainment for families, including barbecues and karaoke evenings. There are many excellent cycle tracks through the rolling countryside of the Quercy and the site managers will be pleased to recommend routes. Cahors and its world renowned vineyards are just 25 km. distant and the Aveyron gorges are around 30 km. away. Le Faillal is open for a long season and is a tranquil spot for a holiday, particularly outside the peak holiday period.

Directions to Camping le Faillal
Approaching from the north, leave A20 autoroute at exit 58 and head west on D19 and then south on D820 as far as La Baraque.
