Situated to the south of central Paignton, with a short, signed walk to the sea and some sea views of Torbay, this Hoburne park’s major interest is a complex of 560 holiday homes (120 to let). However, there are 60 touring pitches (no tents) on flat grass by the entrance. The pitches are of a reasonable size, although with some variation, and all have 10A electricity. For those who like entertainment, the central club complex is the park’s best feature, with a good sized heated outdoor pool (80 x 40 ft). and a super indoor pool with views across the bay, complete with flume, sauna and steam room.

Close to the sea, Bois Soleil is a large site in three parts, with 165 serviced pitches for touring units and a few for tents. All the touring pitches are hedged, and have electricity, with water and drainage between two.

The 26 hectare estate has three lakes, two for fishing and one with a sandy beach and safe swimming area. There are 135 good sized touring pitches, level, terraced and hedged.
