This is a large well organised site that has a rural feel, although it is only 300 m. from the beach and 800 m. from the popular seaside town of Bénodet. It has a very short season for touring. There is a great variety of shrubs and trees offering ample shade and privacy for the 300 grassy pitches. There are 190 for touring (electricity 6/10A), all attractively and informally laid out on one side of the site. Access for large units may be difficult. A further 100 pitches are used for mobile homes to rent over a longer season. A splendid pool complex has a retractable cover, flumes, a toboggan and a jacuzzi.
Facilities at Camping de la Plage
Four large adequate toilet blocks with facilities for campers with disabilities although access is not easy. Motorcaravan services. Shop (1/7-31/8). Bar with TV and takeaway (1/7-31/8). Heated swimming and paddling pools (one can be covered), flumes, toboggan, jacuzzi (1/5-30/9)). Multisport court. Boules. Exercise bikes. Good play areas. Games room. Internet access. Miniclub and entertainment (July/Aug). Bicycle hire. Mobile homes and chalets for rent (26/4-30/9).
Directions to Camping de la Plage
From Fouesnant take D44 west towards Bénodet. After 10 km. take Le Letty road south. Site is well signed.

The 26 hectare estate has three lakes, two for fishing and one with a sandy beach and safe swimming area. There are 135 good sized touring pitches, level, terraced and hedged.
