Plijadur is Breton for pleasure. The owners of the campsite, M. and Mme. Prevosto, have spent many years developing the site to make an attractive, welcoming place for a quiet family holiday with the added benefits of being close to La Trinité-sur-Mer with its lively waterfront and the beaches along the coast. Of a total of 198 pitches 171 are touring pitches, all of good size, level, and separated by low hedges. Most have electricity (6/10A). The saltwater lake, controlled by sluices, makes a pleasant focal point – the bar overlooks it – and provides fishing.
Facilities at Camping Plijadur Park
Four toilet blocks, three small and one more modern, heated large block, have washbasins in cabins, baby rooms and facilities for disabled visitors. Motorcaravan service point. Small shop (15/6-15/9). Bar with TV and terrace (1/7-31/8). Takeaway (5/7-24/8). Heated swimming and paddling pools (15/5-15/9). Indoor fitness facilities include multi-gym and sauna. Jacuzzi. Bicycle hire. Fishing. Minigolf. Boules. Play area. WiFi.

From Mayenne head north on D23 to Ambrières-les-Vallées. The site is clearly signed from here.

The 26 hectare estate has three lakes, two for fishing and one with a sandy beach and safe swimming area. There are 135 good sized touring pitches, level, terraced and hedged.
