Small and neat, La Châtaigneraie is a family run, terraced site (English spoken) tucked away in the countryside and will suit those seeking a quieter, relaxing family orientated site. It is not ideal for those with walking difficulties. There are 71 medium sized, slightly sloping, grassy pitches, 30 for touring away from the static units. They are separated by a variety of hedges and young trees provide varying degrees of shade and all have 6/10A electricity. The Drôme is a beautiful area to explore with many old towns and villages with their markets and museums. Enjoy the local produce and the wines of the Rhône valley.
