This site is 13 kilometres northwest of Pescara and, lying just back from the coast (2 km.) up a very steep hill, it has pleasant views over the sea. The 204 pitches (40 for touring), all with electricity, are mainly on good terraces – access may be difficult on some pitches. However, if installation of caravans is a problem a tractor is available to help. When we visited the site was dry but we suspect life might become difficult on some pitches after heavy rain. Cars stand by units on over half of the pitches or in nearby parking spaces for the remainder, and most pitches are shaded.

Ty-Nadan is a well organised site set amongst wooded countryside along the bank of the River Elle. The 183 pitches for touring units are grassy, many with shade and 99 are fully serviced.

An excellent campsite on the eastern bank of the River Seine. This is a large campsite with English speaking administrative staff, numerous toilet facilities plus the advantage of a level site.

Close to the sea, Bois Soleil is a large site in three parts, with 165 serviced pitches for touring units and a few for tents. All the touring pitches are hedged, and have electricity, with water and drainage between two.

Chateau le Verdoyer
The 26 hectare estate has three lakes, two for fishing and one with a sandy beach and safe swimming area. There are 135 good sized touring pitches, level, terraced and hedged.
