Camping Val d’Or is one of those small family-run countryside sites where you easily find yourself staying longer that planned. Set on lush meadowland under a scattering of trees, the site is divided into two by the tree lined Clerve river as it winds its way slowly through the site. Two footbridges go some way to joining the site together and there are two entrances for vehicles. There are 76 level grass touring pitches, all with electricity (4A). and with some tree shade. There are open views of the surrounding countryside with its wooded hills. The site’s Dutch owners speak good English.

Close to the sea, Bois Soleil is a large site in three parts, with 165 serviced pitches for touring units and a few for tents. All the touring pitches are hedged, and have electricity, with water and drainage between two.

The 26 hectare estate has three lakes, two for fishing and one with a sandy beach and safe swimming area. There are 135 good sized touring pitches, level, terraced and hedged.
