Children who visit Fuussekaul (the name means fox hole) won’t want to leave as there is so much for them to do. Apart from a fun pool, exciting play areas, and an entertainment programme, children and parents can bake their own pizzas in the open-air oven. Of the 370 pitches, 220 of varying sizes are for touring units, all with a 6A electricity connection. The touring area (separate from the chalets and seasonal pitches) is well endowed with modern facilities, although there is no provision for visitors with disabilities. An entertainment programme continues throughout the main holiday season.
Facilities at Camping Fuussekaul
Four excellent sanitary blocks provide showers (token € 0.50), washbasins (in cabins and communal) and children and baby rooms with small toilets, washbasins and showers. Laundry. Parking and service area for motorcaravans. Well stocked shop. Bar. Restaurant and takeaway. Swimming pools. Suite with sauna and sunbeds. Beauty salon. Playgrounds. Cross–country skiing when snow permits. Bicycle hire. Children’s club. Bowling centre.

Take N15 from Diekirch to Heiderscheid. Site is on left at top of hill just before reaching the village. Motorhome service area is signed on the right.

The 26 hectare estate has three lakes, two for fishing and one with a sandy beach and safe swimming area. There are 135 good sized touring pitches, level, terraced and hedged.
