Lady’s Mile is a popular, large family touring park that caters well for children. It has extensive grassy fields (with some trees for shade), in addition to the main, landscaped camping area which is arranged in broad terraces. There are 486 pitches, mostly marked by lines but with nothing between them, and most with electricity (10A). It is a 20 minute walk to a good sandy beach at Dawlish Warren and 10 minutes to Dawlish beach, but the park also has a good sized, free outdoor swimming pool with 200 ft. plus slide, paddling pool and a paved surround plus a super heated indoor pool (20 x 10 m.) with 100 ft. flume and separate paddling pool (both with lifeguards).
Facilities at Lady‘s Mile Holiday Park
Four toilet blocks of various ages and styles, but of a good standard, are well spaced around the main areas of the park with an additional shower block. Facilities for disabled people. Four family bathrooms (50p). Dishwashing sinks under cover. Two launderettes. Shop. Fish and chip takeaway. Bars and entertainment programme. Restaurant and carvery (half-board option available). All these Easter-mid Sept. Indoor (Easter-Oct) and outdoor (May-Sept) pools. Adventure play area. Games room. Ball area with nets. Tarmac area at reception for late arrivals. Winter caravan storage.
